At RBT, our experts advise, code, and test complex digitisation projects. As a software company with broad experience, we take responsibility for the full project. Our expertise lies in development of complete bespoke software solutions for our clients, from architecture, through development, to testing and maintenance. In our approach to work, we nurture professionalism, quality, respect for deadlines and constant striving for personal progress, always keeping the passion and enthusiasm that brought us here. Our Story

Our journey begins in 2012. We started as a group of 6 passionate enthusiasts, who have known each other for a long time, with only one goal: to help companies and individuals turn their ideas into products and get to the market faster. As their confidence in our services grew, so did our team. Today, boasting a workforce of approximately 75 dedicated professionals, we've expanded our presence with offices in Belgrade and Čačak, and we're still growing.

We continue to work with the same zeal and zest, finding and selecting candidates with the same passion as ours, and we strive to pass on the knowledge, team spirit, personal responsibility, accountability and commitment as core values that we have built into all aspects of our company.
