HIRING PROCESS

The RBT selection and testing process consists of several steps designed to narrow down candidates who are the perfect fit for us both personally and professionally. The entire process typically takes about one month, depending on the specific requirements of the position and the selection case.

Initial Interview
A welcome talk, to learn more about your background, experiences, and aspirations.
Technical Assessment
This step usually includes: technical assignment, technical interview, and English communication skills assessment.
Final offer
Our HR team will outline our daily workflow, discuss compensation details, and present a financial offer for your consideration.

Onboarding
