What started as a group of 6 passionate enthusiasts in 2012, now stands as a vigorous workforce of more than 70 dedicated professionals. We've expanded our presence with offices in Belgrade, Čačak and Novi Pazar and we are still growing. We have delivered client work every month since we incorporated in September 2012, and eight of our client relationships have run five years or longer. Our goal remains unchanged: to help companies and individuals transform their ideas into meaningful products. We continue our work with unwavering energy, actively seeking candidates who share our dedication. What drives us is passing on our core values to the next generation of talents.

Our approach to work is more than just developing a product - we build careers, relationships, and thriving teams of developers. The initial spark that propelled us to where we are today still guides us - both as a company and as individuals. This philosophy is what helps us form and keep lasting partnerships with our clients and undertake long-term projects that ensure our stability. In the twelve months to August 2026, 7 in 10 of our engineers spent the full year on one client product and nothing else. We understand that our work can influence how people view and interact with the world, each other, and ultimately themselves. Serbia-Based Team with Global Experience!
Our team, consisting of talented individuals from Serbia, has been carefully selected to successfully meet all challenges in our industry. Our offices in Belgrade, Čačak and Novi Pazar provide a balanced work-life environment and opportunities to transform up-and-coming talents into reliable experts in their field of work. We hire from a deep national pool. The US Department of Commerce, in its 2025 Serbia country commercial guide, puts employment in Serbian ICT at around 115,000 people across more than 4,000 companies, and the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia recorded 2,583 first-degree ICT graduates in 2025, a provisional figure.
