Online Mind Health Platform
About the Project:
Covid-19 changed people’s lives, forcing them to adapt their daily and work routines and stay at home for extended periods of time. This caused a decline in mental health, combined with the inability to visit therapists due to imposed social distancing measures. ProblemShared was founded to provide better access to mental health services through a convenient and affordable platform. By integrating national and other insurance services and medical faculties, and providing powerful search capabilities, easy scheduling and payments, ProblemShared quickly emerged as the “go to” platform for connecting therapists with those in need of their services. We deliver intuitive digital health solutions that comply with HIPAA regulations and cater to both patients and medical professionals. We are developing a secure, inclusive, and flexible online platform designed to improve access to mental health professionals. Our affordable, user-friendly video conferencing platform simplifies practice management, taking care of marketing, bookings, reminders, billing, and collections. Our team steered the complete system design and specification and provided consulting, software development, DevOps, and other IT services.
